Computer Aided Design

We have the ability to easily integrate our customer’s specific product ideas into their 3D CAD models and make significant innovative contributions to the final product. Our product design knowledge and ability carries directly over to our 3D product modelling services and drawing layout services. 

Finite Element Analysis

We solve complex dynamic structural analyses based on FEM simulations such as virtual impact and drop tests, explosions and simulations of other fast events.Finite element analysis (FEA) works by predicting the behavior of a product in reaction to the actual conditions real world. This is done by simulating real-world scenarios and physical effects like vibration, stress, and temperature to test the reaction of the product. This computerized method can predict whether the product will break, wear out or sustain the impact of the physical forces for which it was designed.

Computational Fluid Dynamics

We analyze and propose measures to streamline flow in static and dynamic systems. We investigate the interactions between the fluid and the mechanical structure and evaluate the thermal effects. Here we evaluate air flow direction, behavior and effect for different shape of outlet in air condition works by breaking down a real object into a large number of finite elements, such as little cubes. Mathematical equations help predict the behavior of each element.

3D Modelling for CNC (Artistic & technical)
